Do you have any errors? Do you have your VPN on? For me it is very easy to use, I would like to help you but I would need a bit more info.

1. On which browser you are using Norton Password Manager extension?

2. It would be helpful, if you can share us the sites on which Norton Password Manager was not saving or filling your passwords?
