Pop-up tile "Unlock your vault" does not work

When opening an application on my Android phone where a username and PW entry is required a small window opens up stating "Unlock your vault" When clicking on it, nothing happens. When opening the vault manually and going back to the application no user name or PW is being populated. Note: Upload of screen shot in png 2.92MB doesn't work.

Sorry for this experience, can you please share below details to further investigate?

- Mobile device Make and Model:
- Android Version:
- Is this behavior happening in All apps? or specific to Netflix?:

In the meantime, Try uninstall and re-install Norton password manager (Please remember your Vault Password before uninstalling, as this cannot be recovered, if forgot) from the Play Store, and enable Autofill service again.
