Norton Security crashes constantly since Update 22.22.7.11

Hello,

Since yesterday's update to version Norton Security 22.22.7.11, I've had Norton Security crashes on all 3 of my computers. The program then no longer reacts to mouse clicks. I can't reproduce the error, it just happens that way. An error message then says that a memory area 0AXXXX could not be accessed. I already reinstalled, no improvement. In addition, I have the problem on all computers, and only since yesterday's update. So I believe it's not just me having these crashes. Can someone confirm and possibly help?

My OS: Win10 19044.1865

Version 22.22.7.12 has just been automatically installed. It runs problem-free on all computers.

Here is the rest of the post that seems to have gotten lost in formatting.

Have you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available? Then restart again. Restarting, not shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled.   If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. See more information here. 

If the Norton UI is not responding to mouse clicks, you can still access LiveUpdate by right clicking the Norton icon in the system tray and clicking on Run LiveUpdate.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Could you elaborate on what action you performed when you saw the crash? Also, are you seeing the crash on all devices?

Hello,

I can not reproduce the crashes, they are coming without doing anything on my computers. The crashes are on all devices I have. I am back now to Version 22.22.6.10 and everything works fine. I found also out, that the new version reacted with delay of a few miliseconds when I made mouse-clicks. Curently my Norton Security will not update to the new release, thats good (but I do not know why, do you have an idea?).  Can I avoid to get the new release again somewhere in the settings?
