how do i delete norton safesearch quick links

What is with Norton SafeSearch not allowing me to delete the Quicklinks on the top line. I don't care how much those sites paid you to have them on that line but if they don't change this not only am I going to uninstall SafeSearch but uninstall Norton completely. This is the most stupid trick I have ever seen a company try.

Quick links on the 1st row are sticky ones which does not offer edit/remove option
Quick links on 2nd row are custom ones, which you can add/edit/remove

Sorry, users may not remove Quick links on 1st row set by Norton.  

Users may Edit/Remove Quick links on 2nd row thru 3 dots.

Add me to the list of people who object to these uneditable Quicklinks on the Safe Search Homepage.  I'm not paying for your software to feed me Advertisements, and that's what they are, plain and simple ads.  I'll put on any links I want, and I don't want these!

Norton needs to remove these locked in Quick Links and allow users the ability to add their own Quick Links selections. These quick links are nothing I would use and agree with others on the subject of removing them!  I'm not paying Norton to force feed me advertisements! I don't like.
