Hallo, ich konnte immer problemlos das Norton Sicherheitspaket auf anderen Geräten installieren, jetzt wird ein Produktschlüssel gefordert. Wo soll der sein? Anrufen kann ich aus dem Ausland nicht. Eine Support Email hat Norton auch noch nicht. Was soll das frage ich mich mit drm Schlüssel, wenn ich eingeloggt einen Link auf das andere Gerät schicke. MfG

Hello, I was always able to install the Norton security package on other devices without any problems, now a product key is required. Where is that supposed to be? I cannot call from abroad. Norton doesn't have a support email yet. What's that I ask myself with the drm key when I'm logged in and send a link to the other device. Kind regards

What device are you using and what OS version?   Installing Norton on a mobile device should not ask for a product key. You only need to sign into your Norton Account to activate your product.
