Insufferable Norton extensions page is still popping up on browser after years, no way to disable it

This has been going on for years, but of late, this horrid page keeps popping up on my browser more and more often:
Browsing Protection (norton.com)
I did nothing to trigger it, and it would just appear on my Chrome or Edge browsers at random. On Chrome, this page pops up on its own at random times when I open the browser. On Edge, it's even more infuriating, the page causes the browser to load on its own and takes over the screen from what I am doing.
I've tried turning off notifications in the Norton 360 app but to no avail. I've written in this forum once before (https://community.norton.com/en/forums/popup-page-allegedly-norton-keeps...) but no one has reached out. I've managed to, in the meantime, solve the problem with a Chrome page blocker. However, it seems like the URL keeps changing to thwart these page blockers.
It's ironic that a company that's supposed to help safeguard people against unwanted Web threats and annoyances such as popups are themselves releasing a slew of unwanted popups on their users with no way to opt out.
At this point, I've really had enough. My subscription runs out in a few months, and I have just cancelled the auto-renewal. I'm not expecting any solutions at this point, but I am also sick of the popup harassment that keeps telling me to use Norton's lousy extensions. Hoping that this at least reaches the Norton feedback team so they know how damaging this mess is.
