What program am I talking about wham uninstalling and installing? I am talking about the Norton AntiTrack app which was posted on my online account when I purchased it last April 2022. It was renewed recently and then my troubles began. I can uninstall the program then re-install it from my paid subscription on my account. It gives me an error message when booting up but works as long as I do not shut my commuter down. If I shut down, the AntiTrack app appears disconnected, no longer a part of my paid Norton services. When I open My Norton and examine the apps Norton supports there are six one of which is not AntiTrack.

Thank you Ranjan Kumar for the setup file links. I have re-installed the AntiTrack app from the download that came with the complete Norton 360 setup. Doing this, the antiTrack app works well as long as I do not shut down. It is not one of my supported app listed on 'My Norton' suggesting the connection between the Antitrack app and Norton 360 remains open. I will try to re-install the Norton 360 setup and see if I am able to rectify the issues. I get back to you soon - before the end of the day. We are making progress. Thank you.
