VPN no longer works, waiting 7 days for tech support

My VPN would not connect. I called tech support and she fixed it and said she cleared the traffic.

It worked good for 2 days and same thing happened.

I called customer support 7 days ago they escalated. 3 days later they told me 48 hours.

Called again and they said I would get a call on 9/14. 

9/14 is over and again no tech support.

VPN info on OS has been deleted.

"VPN cannot connect" after 3 minutes
