I suddenly have Norton App lock on my settings. This happened when my subscription expired and it won't accept the product key

I suddenly have Norton App lock on my settings? This happened when my subscription expired and it won't accept the product key.

Now I need to access the settings.

I go to 'Forgot Passcode' and need to log in using my Google account. * Shrug * Not a problem, I know the password for that. Except... apparently I don't, because it is telling me that it is wrong.
Checked that my password is correct by logging into Google on my computer. Yup, I can log into Google on my computer. I have no idea why it doesn't work.

Forget your password and then have it refuse your Google account password???

What subscription expired? There is no subscription or cost for Norton App Lock. 

What device and Android version are you using? Did you recently upgrade your OS version?

Were you using App Lock for your other apps? It will be the same code for the Android Settings.

I can confirm the issue with the Google login to reset the pass code. I'll escalate this thread.
