One of the devices says the subscription has already expired

I have a subscription that will expire on December 2022.  One of the devices says the subscription has already expired & will no longer download or scan this device.  I have deleted the file for Norton & tried re-downloading it.  The same problem comes up.

You might want to have a look at your online "MyNorton Account" and check your current subscriptions and which devices are currently listed.

I finally stumbled on the problem I am having with the subscription on my one device as indicated above on Sept. 20.

   I found an error code that says Norton 360 is turned off and it will need to be turned back on manually.  I do not find a place any where that indicates an on/off for Norton 360

Can anyone tell me where I might locate this?
