I have sent messages and tried to have my Norton 360 auto renewal cancelled and refunded to no avail, I made contact within the 60 day period and have heard nothing, I ask again for cancellation and full refund as my next step is to take this up with consumer protection and the ombudsman in my state. I am getting very tired of this lack of communication and see that I am not alone on this blog. I have recently lost employment and this is causing me a great deal of stress, please respond.
