Vault didn't recognize my password. Changed it and it didn't recognize the new password. All the help/contacts require me to sign in to my Vault, which I can't do because of the recognition failure. The Help info says to click on the settings icon on the Vault Login screen, but I can't find one. Norton Chat requires me to login to my vault which I can't do in order to find out how to fix the failure of the vault login. It'd funny if it weren't so annoying. Am I missing something? If not, how do I get help?
