Erase Norton Family from iPhone Child Device

Hello Norton Community

First

I ask if Norton Family have the ability to prevent iPhone user (Child) to ERASE this app by going to Setting and then select one of the following options (i.e. without password of parent with Norton Family)

1. Erase

2. Erase All Content and Settings

 Second

If iPhone user (Child) sign out and then sign in with another Apple ID, so I ask if Norton Family will keep in device especially without password of his parent.

Hi @Justin Rick,

Thank you for reaching out to the Norton Family forum.

1. Erasing All Content and Settings will remove all the applications and contents from the device including Norton Family Companion App. To exercise this option, device passcode is required.

2. Yes, Norton Family Companion App will continue to stay in the device even if the child changes the Apple ID.
