Hi all,

this problem has come up before but on different product/ platform I think and the thread is closed.
I am trying to install Antitrack on my Android phone; it installs on my laptop without problem, but on the Android phone it gives the above message. as per this link https://my.norton.com/errors/unsupportedbrowser  
Yet the browser I am using is the same on both - Chrome - and is up-to-date on both.  I repeatedly updated it on the android phone but cannot get rid of the error msg and the software will not install.
Any thoughts on how I can progress?

I just read about that same problem myself 10 minutes ago. It looks like you asked the Community on October 8, 2022? Unreal that not a single member or even the Lousy Norton Corp. Admin didn't answer you by 11/2! I tried to do the same but read the fine print when I saw I was only using the Lisence on 1 out of my 3 Devices & possible 10 Devices I was like I thought I put it on both PC's & both my Android Phone & Android Tablet. The bad news is NORTON ANTI TRACK IS NOT COMPATIBLE FOR ANDROID OR iOS IT'S ONLY MADE FOR WINDOWS 10 & 11 & 1 MAC VERSION. SORRY. I GUESS THEY DIDN'T WANT TO SPEND 5 TO 10 GRAND TO ASSURE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN REPEAT BUSINESS AFTER SUBSCRIBERS FIRST YEAR RAN OUT. I'M SURE THEY ARE GOING OUR IF BUSINESS SOON! My nephew is a computer programmer & every day from him & at least 1 colleague I hear how much Norton is hated.
