how do you chat with support

I am trying to contact support through a chat or on the phone. clicking on the chat button does nothing but open another tab to the same exact website I clicked the chat button on, i have used 3 web browsers and they all do the same thing, I also cleared all cookies and tried it again with no luck.

So no one can get support??? Norton management why do you not put your "can be reached" phone number on your website?

Please clear browser cookies n cache. 
Please allow all Norton pages content.
Please turn off VPN. 
Please Sign In to your Norton account > try Contact Norton Support.

Norton Support is via Chat or Phone.  No Email support.
