Norton 360 VPN

I have a full licence for Norton 360 and had activated the VPN product.

I am now getting messages each time I boot up stating that VPN cannot verify my subscription and that I should contact support and yet if I go to the Norton help screen the only solution is for uses of Norton Family and not Norton 360.

What is the problem with my subscription to Norton 360 that is causing issues with VPN?

Do you also have a standalone Norton Secure VPN subscription? I recently had a similar message and reinstalling the VPN resolved that.
