Can't finish setting up Norton 360 after OS update

Norton 360 wants me to "Complete" update after I updated the OS. I wants me to give full disc access When I click on the button it takes me to a screen where permission has already been checked. then in a couple of seconds it jumps back to the the screen that says complete update.

To resolve this you would have to click on complete once and the it will take you to full disk access under privacy and security under settings. Once you are there select Norton System Extension and then click on the minus sign in the bottom. Enter the Mac password if asked. After that close the settings, also close the Norton 360 app and then go to complete again and enable Norton System h Extension again. After that go to Norton and complete the process. It should work after this.
