I recently converted from Bullgaurd to Norton as Norton has taken Bullguard over. 

Now I can't play my games when game boost is turned on. I not once ever had a problem with Bullgaurd.

I feel I was SCAMED by what I thought was a reputable company.

BY all the other posts I see it's not a new problem. Is this getting fixed or should I be looking for a refund and going elsewhere for a better service?

As you have seen other posts here on Bullguard to Norton migration, did you see the posts where you need to ensure that Bullguard was removed before the Norton installation?  Some users report checking Task Manager and still seeing Bullguard processes running.

Having the two running at the same time can cause conflicts like you are seeing.

Having the same issue, the framerate drops significantly when Game Optimizer is active, also never had any problems whith Bullguard.
Tried checking/unchecking the options but no dice.

For some folks it seemed to help to disble Windows gaming mode, unfortunately not for me.
Anyway, in my case games run fine, so I don't bother trying to fix this issue. 

@peterweb: It seems like none of the Bullguard users had been prompted before Norton took over, in my case, there was no active bullguard process anymore.

And the volunteers here had no heads up on this Bullguard to Norton migration.  And we have still not had any official announcements here to let us know what to look for. We are learning from the Bullguard users posting here.
