Norton Software Updates

I have Norton and when I go to do Software Updates it scans and it has found 5 new updates that require my attention.

So I put a tick in all boxes to download and do its thing but when I press update nothing happens.

The ticks disappear and that's that. I repeat over and over and the same out come. I did a few rescans but the same happens.

In the state column  two say Manual update required in blue bold letters and one has  High Risk in red and the other two say Manual check required in small black letters and 1 saying Manual update required

Can anyone help me step by step please..
