Super Control Panel Does Not Open

I own Norton Utilities Ultimate. Version 21.4.7.637. I have the current version. When I click on "Toolbar" then click on "Manage", then click on "Super Control Panel". Super Control Panel does not open.  Why is that. Is that not a functioning part of Norton Utilities Ultimate? If that is the case, it should be removed.

I am running windows 11 22H2 patched up to the lastest patch.

I would like to use this feature.

Here is the article on that and other features of NU Premium. Have you ran updates on NU to see if there are any and rebooted?

Windows 11 by default has disc encryption set in GROUP POLICY by certain device manufacturers, even on Windows 11 Home version. I found this true on a NEW HP laptop with Windows 11 Home when installing an SSD. I believe Windows may be the issue and is blocking that feature.
