Lifelock order could not be completed

Hi,

I'm trying to purchase LifeLock Standard but in the checkout I keep getting this error that my order could not be completed.

Could you please advice what to do?

Hello etejada. Please visit this Norton website for contact information. We cannot access accounts and related information here on the forums. The number listed in your attached photo appears to be fake as well. I wouldn't call it.

@etejada The Norton team is saying that your credit card and/or other information and its authentication is failing, which is the most probable cause of the issue you are seeing. Retry with a different payment type and/or re-evaluate the card information you are entering. Also, have you contacted support at the link provided to have them assist? Just following up.
