Norton detects Trojan attack but can’t find trojan

I keep getting a pop up saying that Norton blocked a Trojan attempt and for me to run the eraser tool. Each time I run it, it says there are no threats. Each time I run a full scan there are no threats. But the pop up keeps coming constantly. It been more than 500 now. help! What do I do to get rid of the virus??

just one possible option i can think of

does this threat notification appear when your on a particular site or sites? when you start up ?

if its on a site or sites it could be a pop up or malware being blocked , i know one site i go too not often i get threat block message due to pop up

( think in terms of a hijacker, malware, or pop up ) best thing i can think of as to what you are asking about

if thats the case than norton is doing its job and blocking the threat
