Installer not completing installation

Hi,

I am able to install (7th time now) but after the I am asked to restart the Mac, nothing happens and the installer does not even appear. I am therefore set in a loop. I do not receive any error messages.

Please help.

Hello Cecilia. Silly question but have you manually restarted, at the point the automatic restart is supposed to happen?
