Norton Clean for Android list all downloaded files in my Samsung Download folder in the view junk list. I do not want to clean out these files, but I don't want to see them on the excluded junk files list either. How do I correct this annoying issue?

I'm not quite sure what you are trying to do. You don't want to exclude the files, and yet you don't want to see them listed.
Maybe this will give you what you want. After the scan, and before you clean the junk, you can tap on the View Junk Files and uncheck anything you do not want to clean.

All: On my Galaxy Z-Fold 3 the downloads folder cannot be delisted, IE; set not to show as it is selected by default INTERNALLY in the program itself. There are no settings within the app which allow for changes to that. This would be a great suggestion for the product over on the "Product Suggestions" board. In the past I've had that folder removed although not selected by Clean. Its not a funny issue to see all your photos and portable documents just disappear out of the blue indeed.
