Password Manager says Get Started but I already have an established Account with many passwords, etc.

I have an already established Password Manager Account. How do I get all my data into my new licensed Account that is asking me to "Get Started"?

If you are using the browser extension under Edge, Chrome or Firefox then you must be signed into your Norton account and then enter the vault password.

If your "new Licensed Account" is just a renewal of an existing subscription, the information from the Norton Password Manager, NPM, is stored online in your Norton Account. When you see the prompt to Get Started, go ahead and click on that. This should take you to log into your Norton Account. At this point NPM will recognise that you already have a vault set up and should ask for your vault password.
