Password Manager on iPhone not working

Password manager app stopped working on my iPhone today. I reinstalled it, restarted my phone all the hoops support put me through but can’t get in. I can get to it on my laptop or via a web browser so not a password issue.

Is it that you cannot open the vault in the Norton Password Manager, NPM, app? I just tested and was able to access my vault in the NPM app on my iPhone SE (2022) on iOS 16.1.2. 

Are you seeing any error messages?

What device and iOS version are you using?

Hi, the NPM app wasn’t working yesterday but this morning it started working again. Thank you for your assistance.
