SecureVPN blocks SSH on all ports

I am trying to access work servers via SSH. When SecureVPN is turned on, I cannot connect - connections time out. We have standard SSH ports and non-standard SSH ports. The behaviour is the same. When I turn off SecureVPN, I can connect, but do not want to do this when in environments where the WiFi is unsecure. There are no Norton Firewall rules I can find to change this. Please help. This is a major blocker to deploying and using SecureVPN.

Also note that my team thinks this was not a problem about a year ago but is a recent problem.
