UDP message filter

I have STM32 Ethernet embedded project and I have setup static IP address in the Ethernet port and turn off IVP6, allowing UDP message to be exchanged. The Norton keep popping up recommendation to block it. I have applied filter in the configuration to allow this address, and it did not stop this pop up.

Also, later on I will be working on DHCP, what setting I need to apply to allow this. I preferred not to turn off internet firewall via Wi-Fi. I just want to turn off all Norton thing to the Ethernet (temporary for few weeks)
