Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G Android version 13 Tried to download Norton Ultimate Utilities, which takes me to Chrome, get error message "Chrome out of date or no longer supported, try different browser. Updated Edge but cannot change browser from Chrome to Edge.

Not sure why you are getting the browser errors, but you cannot install Norton Utilities Ultimate on an Android or iOS device. That is a Windows only utility.
