How to Stop Pop Ups from Norton

Every time I open my computer I get the same Pop-Up from Norton saying "Threats Resolved". The pop-up appears within the first minute of opening the computer every time, without exception. This is something new in the past couple of weeks. I am running Norton 360 on an HP laptop with Windows 10. Re-booting the computer did not help and I cannot find anything in Settings. Can anyone tell me how to turn it off please?
