As I'm not getting results from support I fear I must make a Compliant
I have recently been receiving emails in Spanish. I have filed a Case number 0000000, complaining about this issue since the beginning of December 2022. I have chatted with various agents, numerous times with the same note this has been escalated and within 24 to 48 hour the team will be contacting me. It is now January 6, 2023 with still no resolution. The agent today, Was the most helpful of them all, and again I asked to chat with a Manger. For the first time I got a reply that the manger can’t do anything as it has been escalated to the max.
The main issue is Some Learned Person has decide that Bermuda is a Spanish speaking island. In fact it is a British Overseas Territory in the North Atlantic Ocean, and the predominant language on Bermuda is Bermudian English.
How hard is this to correct? How many other clients are affected by Norton’s assessment?
