Norton APP Lock Stopped working on Samsung M12

Hello, The Norton APP Lock application has stopped working on Samsung M12. Locking Apps doesnt seem to do anything, and no password is prompted. It used to work earlier and App Lock still works on my M20 device. Any suggestions or clues? Thanks ..

Allowing Appear of top permission to Norton password Manager app resolved this !
