Application doesn't allow biometric login to change password

I need to change my password of Norton Password Manager. To do so in my mobile Android phone I used biometric autentication. Now, after installing Android 13, the opening window asks for my password which doesn't work. To change it I need biometric autentiction but the application does not allow biometric login.
