NAS backup antivirus found a trojan

I use N360 to backup my computer to my NAS and to the cloud.  The NAS antivirus has found a trojan in my recent backup, and N360 never flagged it, that I can see.  Is there an antivirus scan log?  If so, it isn't readily accessible in the program.
