I can't negotiate a login with my LG tv set unless I turn off Norton Secure VPN.  I didn't have this problem when running the VPN that is part of the standard Norton 360 page

There is no need to have both the standalone Norton Secure VPN and the VPN feature in Norton 360.  Just uninstall the standalone version if the 360 feature is working as you want.
