Quick Links on first line Safe Search Page

I want to edit the quick links on the first line of the safe search page, I'm in the UK so will NEVER use the Walmart website and I've never even heard of Nordstrom!! I never buy clothes online and never will as I can't be bothered to mess around with returns and waiting for replacements!!!! I WANT TO CHOOSE WHAT IS IN THE QUICK LINKS, I DON'T NEED NORTON DICTATING WHAT I HAVE IN THE QUICK LINKS!!! And don't mark it as "SOLVED" if we still can't edit the quick links in the first line!!! If we still can't edit them then its NOT SOLVED!!!!
