Microsoft Edge Webview2 is requesting access to your webcam

Each time I reboot my Windows machine, I notice that Microsoft Edge WebView2 requested access to my webcam (see screenshot). The file requesting access is C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Application\###.#.####.##\msedgewebview2.exe where '#' is a numeric digit.

I've set this request to allow a specific Allow each time, but it's entirely unclear if this is a hack to get control of my webcam or not. Norton has not detected any issues. What's going on?

Norton product or service name and version - Norton 360 subscription (latest version, I think ... where do I find the version?)

Windows 11

Steps to reproduce: Reboot.

Re: Microsoft Edge Webview2 is requesting access to your webcam

Hello. This process is legitimate in both Windows 10 and 11 as a runtime for Edge. I have the process set as shown below in my Norton product Firewall settings. It DOES NOT alert me when I restart or perform a cold boot.
