In addition to the MacOS "pinch-zooming" bug fix mentioned in that ghacks.net article, the v111.0.1 release notes at https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/111.0.1/releasenotes/ also include the following bug fix for Windows:

  • Fixed a bug causing Firefox to freeze on startup for some Windows users (bug 1823159).
