Auto Renewal and Over all quality as of late

Well I can not express how livid I am I have no less than three separate times over the past yr Turned off Subscription renewal

along with voicing disdain about on going Pop ups When I am already a Paying customer to the email offers Its as though Im running a free version and they want to secure future business which in that case I could understand...

Its been less than three months since I sent them an email and also posted here about these issues and told them I refuse to renew unless they change their Pop up  and constant barrages and offers for other services...

I pay for the ones I want in fact You can remove auto back up Isnt worth a flip anyhow along with seeing they now want to charge a monthly fee for VPN service...

I use the Antivirus and The Vault exclusively and thats all

I do not run Cloud anything... not even On my I phones and pads...

I know how to back up my own files and systems and All I care about is the Vault and Virus protection Nothing else...

So Today I saw a charge for 109 bucks no warning or anything and its a month early which means they are stealing my money so they can put them into an account with others and earn money off them which to me is flat out stealing.

I called canceled the charges and services and they offer a 15% savings...LOL but a new customer can purchase a full yr for 24 or whatever...

then pay the outrageous charge next yr...

I honestly wish they would address these issues for their paying customers I have run them for 20 yrs but the last two yrs have been worse and worse...

I can find alternatives... better pricing and they dont spam the ever loving shit out of you because you already paid...

Wise upi Norton or you will drive away even more of your loyal subscribers...

I would fire the person who thought spamming and pop ups even controlled by Your company was a great idea...

Its not

I seriously doubt I would renew for 59 dollars at this rate let alone 109...

I hear you along with many others in this forum who have expressed similar complaints. 

One thing I could suggest is to remove any credit card or payment information that is stored to prevent any future charges.

I have turned off auto-renewal as well. Norton should allow the end-user to pick and choose what features or programs they want and charge accordingly. I'm not using backup I use OneDrive. I don't need Software Updater and I certainly don't need Privacy Monitor, I have another company doing it for me.
