I had my auto-renewal turned off!!! Just got charged $140.00!!

I was charged $140.00 today for auto-renewal of Norton.  I had this flagged to OFF!! I am so upset right now I want my money back and will go to some other company for virus detection!  I do not have money to cover other expenses for the month now.  Please contact me, and explain why this was turned on again!! I want my money back!

  • Norton sends (for annually recurring subscriptions) email notice (with price, term, and related details) usually about 50-65 days before current term expiry.

MY SUBSCRIPTIONS reports:  Activate Subscription Renewal ... with Automatic Renewal Off.  

BILLING INFORMATION reports:  There is no billing profile saved in your account ... with no billing information.
