I have been billed for Norton Anti Track & Utilties Ultimate & already have this who do I contact to reverse the charges thank you

Hi I have been charged $206.72 NZ & $118.11 NZ for Anti-track & Utilities Ultimate which I already have. My computer is new, and I do not require nor need this expensive charge. How do I contact Norton to get them to reverse these charges. Thank you.
