Hi Joy Rannie:
If you still require assistance please clarify what happened. Do you mean that someone hacked your Facebook account and changed your email address and/or made other changes to your Facebook user profile, and how did you discover that this happened? If changes were made to your Facebook profile without your permission have you contacted Facebook and requested assistance to recover your account? See the Facebook Messenger help article Hacked and Faked Accounts for more information. I don't own a Facebook account but according to the section in that help article titled "Recover Your Account if You Think Your Facebook Account Was Hacked or if Someone is Using it Without Your Permission" it notes that:
"If the email associated with your Facebook account has changed, you can reverse this. When an email is changed, we send a message to the previous email account with a special link. You can click this link to reverse the email change and secure your account.
Is there any evidence (or do you have any suspicion) that this hack affected anything beyond your Facebook account? For example, have you seen unexpected transactions on your bank account or credit card? If so please let us know your country where you live, the name and version number of your Norton product, and whether your Norton subscription includes LifeLock identity theft protection (available to US residents only).
