Denied for new credit card

Hello,, My Dick score is 730, I have a high credit lines and my usage is very low,, I have applied for 2 different cc and have been denied, I have looked at my Norton app and I don’t have any freezes on, could it be my vpn? That’s not matching my address??

What Norton app are you looking at? The Norton 360 would have nothing to do with your credit score or its protection. 

Are you applying for the credit card by using a browser on your phone? It is possible that you could have connection issues by using a VPN. But just using a VPN is not necessarily going to block your application. If you can access the web page, you should be able to use the features on that site.

Have you asked the credit card companies why you were not accepted?
