I can't get support for a refund after Norton debited my account without notification. I don't want this product for another year. Their support site is a joke! It send you in circles. Does anyone know how to contact the Australian support to get a refund?

Hi Norton Team
I am having the same problem as this user. One fine day, I got a notification about money being deducted from bank account.
Initially I thought it may been a scam. Later I got a confirmation from Norton Lifelock about this transaction.
All my attempts to contact the customer service are of no use. The live chat is handled by an automated bot which is unable to understand my problem. Even the member portal provides options to contact customer support which takes me back to the same page again. Now I have opened up multiple pages of the Contact Customer page which is frankly useless.
I have sent a request throught the contact customer page as well as the feedback page about a week ago. I havent received any response for them.
Can you please help me contact Norton to get this fee refunded? Could you kindly provide a way to contact them?
I am an hourly wages worker and with no permanent job. I have been really struggling with my finances and this account renewal fee is a big burden. Please show some compassion and come to my rescue.
Edit:The Cancellation and Refund Request page is not helpful. It is asking me to enter order number that is in a different format to what I received. I request someone from the Billing and Account management team to contact me so that I can explain in detail without violating any personal information policy in this forum.
If my feedback matters in any way, please design User Interface that requires minimum customer support. A beautiful web site with no compassion for the user will still not solve his problem.

Same problem here. When they send you to Cancellation & Refund Request THE COTINUE BUTTON DOES NOT WORK! Scam ! Really thinking never deal with norton again.
