I need to transfer one of the 5 licenses I've just renewed to another device.
I'm not sure which physical device (computer) is associated with each device name in the "Device Name" list.

Instead of using the Device list, look in the My Subscriptions list. In your Norton Account click on the user icon at the top right and click on Manage My Subscriptions. Find your current subscription and click on Manage Licenses. That may give you a better idea of which device is which. Click on the trash can beside the one you wish to remove from the subscription to free up the activation for the new device.

Assuming you are on WIndows, open control panel, open System, first entry is device name. Or, to reach same page, type in search box in bottom toolbar 'About your PC'. You can delete from Norton Devices in your account & install on new device which should then automatically add it to your account devices.

That would work if it is the same device you are installing to. It does not remove that activation from the subscription. If adding a new device and need that activation, the only way to free it up is with the My Subscriptions page.
