I installed a new copy of Norton 360 about a month ago and Norton says it is there and active. But I still get emails from Norton telling me I am going to loose protection and need to buy Norton again. How long does it take Norton to figure this out?

you just need to open norton 360 and lock in on you norton accunt in norton 360 and it can get you information.
And if that dosent work call norton they can help you

As I said in my post " and Norton says it is there and active" I have been to My Norton Account several times in the last month and it shows Norton 360 is installed and active. When I click on the Norton 360 desktop icon it shows my subscription has another 11 months before it expires. I don't know what information you say I am supposed to find on My Norton Account about the emails I am getting from Norton saying I need to renew?

Those emails for the older subscription being expired should stop around 30 days after the expiry date. So they should stop any time now.
