Norton 360 schaltet sich alle paar Tage ab.

Auf meinem Samsung Galaxy S FE 5G, gibt Norton 360 alle paar Tage die Meldung aus das der Norton 360 Serice nicht aktiviert ist! Warum schaltet sich dieser Service von selber wieder aus? Das nervt.

Norton 360 turns itself off every few days.
On my Samsung Galaxy S FE 5G, Norton 360 reports every few days that the Norton 360 service is not activated! Why does this service switch itself off again? It's frustrating.

What Android version is on your device? Check in Android Settings and be sure that any battery optimizations for the 360 app are turned off.

Hallo, ist deaktiviert, trotzdem schaltet es sich ab. Habe jetzt den Norton Service shortcut deaktiviert, jetzt funktioniert es und der Service 360 schaltet sich nicht mehr ab. Trotzdem danke für die Antwort.

Hello, is deactivated, but it still turns off. I have now deactivated the Norton Service shortcut, now it works and Service 360 no longer switches off. Thanks anyway for the answer.
