Nord pass is not one the list thats why it not work

If you can export a .csv file from your old password manager you can import it to Norton Password Manager. You may need to change some columns in the csv file before a successful import.
To import a csv file into your Norton Identity Safe vault, you first need to ensure that the format of the columns matches those used by Norton.
