To cancel your subscription, just go into your Norton Account and be sure that you have turned off Automatic Renewal for your subscription. Also be sure you remove your payment information from your Norton Account to ensure there is no chance of a problem with the Auto Renewal cancellation.

Unless your purchase  was within 60 days, there is no refund available.

Installed software on Aug 26th didnt work. Tried yesterday tp fixed it. My bank acct says you charged me 31.78,39.99,23.80 still got viruses I want these amounts refunded

There is no one in these forums that can access your Account or payment information.

As you seem to have multiple payments taken, you will need to contact Norton Support to have them straighten this out.   www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.

I was just wondering how you know for sure that automatic renewal is off?  It doesn't plainly say that you have it turned off, so I just want to make sure before I get surprised with a bill.
