Refund

I started my subscription on 17.09.2022.The renew date was on 15.08.2023 !
Without any notification my subscription was renewed 1 month before my subscription end . And my money had been transferred from my bank account without my consent.
i tried to open refund instructions in norton website but nothing work ! i want norton support to contract me to cancel my subscribion and refund

  • For annual subscriptions, Norton sends an email with the renewal price, the billing date, and related details before any charge occurs so that you know it is coming.
  • Users report Norton pulls recurring subscription payment 30-45 days before current term expiry. 

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription nor payment information.

  • In Chat dialog click "Manage my account" -> click "Something else" -> type "Live Agent" -> until you see "I am transferring you to a specialist for further assistance". 


What's your geo-location/country?  Are you United States?

Please check your Norton account to confirm ... Automatic Renewal Off ... and no billing information. 
MY SUBSCRIPTIONS reports:  Activate Subscription Renewal ... with Automatic Renewal Off.  

BILLING INFORMATION reports:  There is no billing profile saved in your account ... with no billing information.
